We have been creating and selling our own handmade products at various gift and craft markets across South Africa for the last 5 years and both realised that there is a real need and an opportunity for a market in our own backyard.

Planning for The Gift Market started early in 2016 when we identified Curro Private School in Sandbaai, Hermanus as the perfect venue for the first market. We are very excited about the market and we  believe that this will become an annual not-to-missed event in Hermanus.

The market will focus on gifts for all tastes and interests, as well as a big variety of tasty deli products. Clothing. Handbags, jewellery, scarves and other accessories will also be available. The first market will feature products from approximately 100 exhibitors. Please visit our Facebook page where we will feature some of our exhibitors.

Our aim is to become the biggest gift market during the festive season in the Overstrand area. Locals as well as the large numbers of visitors to our area can buy all their gifts under one roof in a safe environment. Fresh coffee and light meals will also be available daily.
