Dear Potential Vendors / Stallholders

You are hereby kindly invited to make application to be a vendor / stallholder at the 2023 Toy Run Cape Town

• The event is once again to be held at Killarney International Raceway in Table View, Cape Town
  
• This year will be a ONE DAY EVENT on SUNDAY 26th November 2023
  
• This is an annual event, hosted by the Toy Run Charity, and we expect a ‘full house’ of more than  3000 pax in the Event Arena.
  

• Once you have forwarded your application and it is selected, you will be advised of the cost of the stall and if you then wish to proceed, you will be invoiced accordingly.
  
• A R200 application deposit is immediately payable on your successful selection – PLEASE wait for our email confirming your selection – this deposit will be deducted from your final stall fee.
  
• The cost of the stall / vendor space depends on a number of factors, what you sell / the nature of your business, how much space you need and other factors.
  

Please find attached the application form – please read carefully and ensure you initial each of the clauses on the 2nd page to confirm you have read each paragraph.

• ALL STALLS
  

• Please include ONE photo of your stall / stand / food truck with your application
  
• limited to 3 people on the stall at any one time unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Organiser
  

• FOOD TRUCKS / STALLS  –
  

• Please include your health certificate one page
  
• Please include the FIRST page of your business license / trading license  one page
  

Selection of vendors is made by a panel, with a variety of criteria, including but not limited to –  non-duplication of goods sold, nature of business, long association with the event, success of previous application, popularity and success at previous event.

The Organisers reserve the right to refuse any application and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
