The First Fruits Farmers Market is nestled in the beautiful Hout Bay valley, surrounded by mountains on all sides. The market aims to promote and showcase Hout Bay’s wonderful local products, support small business in the area & build a sense of community. The markets are run by the Biggses – a farming family who originally hail from KZN and relocated to the Western Cape 10 years ago – who own ‘the farm’ and operate a plant nursery (Trees and Hedges), coffee shop and office space on the property.
DATES & TIMES:
Market days are on the first Saturday of each month (i.e. once a month), and open from 9am – 2pm.
