The Cape Gift Market is a festive season gift market held annually in November/December in Sea Point. Established in 2002, the market offers visitors a wide variety of beautiful products from 165+ crafters from around South Africa – everything from sweets and treats to handmade clothing and accessories.
In preparation for each year’s event, market organisers hold a selection day on a day in May and invite crafters and creatives to apply to come and display their products for possible inclusion as part of the market.
This year’s selection day event will be held :

Products must be innovative, original, hand-crafted, of good quality and well-presented. They must also be reasonably priced.
