For the first time in years, McGregor will celebrate everything that is local and lekker with its first Winter Fair | Makietie 2022.
This will be an old-fashioned village affair that brings together the folk of the NG Kerk, the Saturday morning pop up market and other select stalls – more than 30. Every single one is from the McGregor and they bring you McGregor’s unique and boutique wine, food and other fabulous fare.
For children, there’ll be pony rides and face painting and a safe space to play. For the somewhat older, the McGregor Young Warriors will honour us with a cycle past as the winners of the youth bake-off are announced.
For the adults, there’ll be food, wine and confectionery. There will also be natural personal care products, bric-a-brac, crafts and carefully curated repurposed goods and clothing. And lots more.
Join the fun for a winter’s day of sitting and sipping. Enjoy lunch from local vendors and while away the hours in conversation, listening to McGregor’s award-winning brass and steel bands.
For the village, by the village. Local is lekker.
