The Cape Guild of Weavers is proud to announce the return of Exploring Textiles – a collection of workshops for adults and kids to revive enthusiasm for textile skills like weaving, knitting, felting, spinning, dyeing and much more.
OVER 40 WORKSHOPS | R100 – R1900 | BEGINNER TO ADVANCED
On from 26 April – 6 May 2024 at the Richard Crowie Hall in Kirstenbosch, this innovative and exciting 10-day event offers multiple workshops hosted by experienced fibre artists. They will also have their pop-up shop, bursting with all manner of felt, yarn and stunning lifestyle products and wearables for purchase.
And, there will also be daily demonstrations by members showcasing their colourful array of textile crafts and skills.

Please note entry into Kirstenbosch not included in ticket price but participants only pay R60 student entrance fee on presentation of their Quicket booking ticket.
