In celebration of Heritage and Tourism Month, a special edition of Kuier@TheCastle – Cape Town CBD’s biggest monthly family-friendly creative and lifestyle event – will pay tribute to South Africa’s rich cultural diversity. Taking place on 28 September 2024, this edition will highlight the talents of local craft artisans, performers, and designers, showcasing the unique cultural heritage that shapes our creative economy.

The second Kirstenhof Creative Meander will be held on Saturday 2 November 2024 at various art studios and venues in Kirstenhof (next to Tokai, Cape Town Southern Suburbs). This is a handmade and homemade community event showcasing beautiful art and good quality handmade craft items made by locals.

The Maynardville Garden Market is on from 13-15 December 2024. Set in the tranquil gardens of Maynardville Park, this family-friendly outdoor market is focused on celebrating Cape culture. Visitors can do a bit of gift-shopping and enjoy the wares of an array of food vendors (bring a picnic blanket and hang out on the beautiful grounds).
