The Pure Boland Farmers Market (Worcester) will be having its annual Christmas Night Market on Wednesday 14 December 2011 from 6pm – 11pm.

Apart from all the usual stallholders, there will be a number of additional food, craft and gift stalls.

If you’re a steak fan, book ahead for the annual steak dinner, held at the night market (tickets are already for sale at: 082 301 8561 – tickets are only available in advance). The cost per steak dinner is R125 per person, for a 300g rump steak, sauce, chips, two salads and a bottle of Eagles’ Cliff wine.

In addition, there are also a couple of special add ons to the 2011 market:

• Trevor Daly (local artisan breadmaker) will do an outdoor movie screening free of charge, bring your own picnic blanket or camping chair. Only food and drinks bought at the market will be allowed.
• The South Roots group will be performing their dance routines, this show will also be free of charge. South Roots is an upliftment project – donations will be welcome.
