The Overberg is an expanse of land that lies on the Southern most tip of Africa. It is situated in the Western Cape province of South Africa and stretches from the Hottentots-Holland Mountains in the West to Swellendam in the East, and from the Riviersonderend Mountains in the North to the Atlantic & Indian Oceans in the South. The area is further divided into 4 general regions:

• Overstrand – Rooiels, Hangklip, Betty’s Bay, Pringle Bay, Kleinmond, Hermanus, Stanford, Gansbaai and Pearly Beach
• Cape Agulhas – Arniston / Waenhuiskrans, Struisbaai, L’Agulhas, Napier, Bredasdorp and Elim.
• Theewaterskloof – Elgin / Grabouw, Villiersdorp, Houw Hoek, Bot River, Greyton, Genadendal, Caledon and Riviersonderend
• Swellendam – Swellendam, Barrydale, Suurbrak and Malgas
